A, An, The का लोप
Rule (नियम)
Tea, water, milk तथा sugar पदार्थवाचक संज्ञा है तथा Patna और Ravi व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा है। पदार्थवाचक संज्ञाओं तथा व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञाओं के पहले a, an या the नहीं लगता है।
Do not use a, an or the before material nouns (tea, water, milk, sugar) and proper nouns (Patna, Ravi).
Examples
यह दूध है।
This is milk.
वह चीनी है।
That is sugar.
यह पटना है।
This is Patna.
वह रवि है।
That is Ravi.
यह चाय है।
This is tea.
यह पानी है।
This is water.
