Lesson 7: Negative Sentences
नकारात्मक वाक्य (Not / नहीं)
Rule (नियम)
नकारात्मक वाक्य बनाने के लिए is के बाद 'not' लगाते हैं। "नहीं" = not
To make a negative sentence, add 'not' after 'is'. "नहीं" = not
Examples
यह टोकरी नहीं है।
This is not a basket.
वह बैग नहीं है।
That is not a bag.
यह बिल्ली नहीं है।
This is not a cat.
वह गाड़ी नहीं है।
That is not a car.
यह पुल नहीं है।
This is not a bridge.
